Build on different levels / on cliffs#78

I think it’ll be really cool if we could build on different level ground, make on top of a montain or smthg like that, been able to do like a montain thing w houses and shops

i love this idea. if we can also build stairs to access those different levels like animal crossing :)

Having level would make the town look more real
