Inclines/Stairs For Cliffs#185

Apologies if this has already been discussed (feel free to archive if that is the case)- after searching I was surprised to only see one older mention of this request!

I would loooove to potentially see an option to incorporate a way to utilize the space on top of the cliffs. Inclines/stairs to walk around on them would be awesome, even the ability to just place some decoration on there would be so cool!
