Use other terrain on clifftop (sakura, autumn) and alternate rock faces#176

Hello

We had terraforming be added to the game where we could now remove or add rocks/cliffs to our map. But other than placing them we can’t really do much with them (yet).

Had 2 suggestion on how to incorporate them more into our gameplay, if this is possbile for the devs to pull off idk.

Suggestions :

1 mixing ground texture with the rocks. when placing the rocks they come with the default setting of grass on top ( green) rocks on the side ( brown). It would be nice if we can add the other ground textures on top of the rocks, for example the sakura or autunm leaves. to add to the vibe of your town

Also changing the color of the rocks itself. Adding dark grey, black, light grey, dark brown.

2 Being allowed to build on top of the rocks.
having part of your city elevated above the rest adds some extra dimension to it.
for example : allow you to build the entertainment part up high so townies can enjoy a city wide view.

or building a hill side resort / village , depending on what people want to get out of their towns
maybe even add shrines and build a proper Tori Gate path. who knows there are possibilities.
