New Traffic/Road Props (stop signs, traffic lights, etc)#119

It would be great to have a variety of placeable traffic-related props such as traffic lights, stop signs, yield signs, no entry signs, pedestrian crossing signs, speed limit signs, construction signs, parking signs and no parking signs.

it would be cool if you could ‘manage’ them too, like as in change the sign type / icon. at the moment i think it depends on ‘where’ you place them as to how the sign actually appears
