Non-Glowing Colored Skin Tones#98

It would be nice to have more unnatural skin tones, without the glowing effect the current ones have.

We’re hoping to port the color-picker that we now have in the paint menu over to the Player/Mascot customization screens; that way you could choose any color you want, and (I imagine) how much glow to apply.
I believe this would achieve what you’re after!
