More tourists#54

I’m noticing that after having fully expanded my town, most areas look rather desolate, with only one or two tourists visiting each area at a time.

One solution is of course to limit the amount of shops to one or two smaller districts, but it would be nice to have more tourists to make the town feel more lively and bustling (in as far as this does not pose too much of a technical strain, of course).
