Creative mode / Sandbox / Empty map#49

Empty map/game mode where we can place our own water and cliffs and design a dream town for funsies! With no constraints/everything unlocked/ect. for people who have been playing for a long time and just wanna mess with design!

(not sure if this is possible but i thought it would be cool as a suggestion!)
