Be able to give shop and restrutants names

Also, streets and districts of the town. Even residences and other buildings could benefit from editable names.

I mostly want this feature because of the tourist tracker.
I get negative feedback like “saw some trash (water lily)” or “waited in line too long (vending machine)” could they be more specific?
