When entering build mode use the arrow keys#478

I play on the Switch 2, when I press the up arrow to enter build mode I then have to use the triggers to select a category and then once in the category I can then use the arrows again.

Just have it so you can use the arrows right from the start instead of needing the triggers to change categories.
