Change building shell color, style, and signage style#463

I would like to have more customization on the building colors, brick/stone design, and potentially the signage style so it’s easier to differentiate them but also makes my town look more cohesive.
For example: have a cherry blossom neighborhood, ability to make the sushi building shell pink, wooden, etc.
