Add Vietnamese language#461

Hello,

I noticed recently you added several new languages to the game. I would really appreciate it if you considered adding Vietnamese (Southern Dialect), especially since very few games ever make the effort to do so. It would be an incredible addition for the Vietnamese gaming community.
