Block specific townies from entering certain neighborhoods#453

It would be really cool if we could choose which types of residents live in different neighbourhoods like so we could create a neighbourhood that is mostly werewolves, mummies, aliens, dinosaurs, wealthy residents, fitness residents, etc. the have differnet themes!

It would also be great if we could control who is allowed into certain neighbourhoods, such as making a gated community that tourists cannot enter because I love making a wealthy zone lol!

This would make it much easier to create themed neighbourhoods and give different areas of town their own identity!
