Tour Buses and Taxis for Tourists!#449

It would be great to have tour buses, taxis or other public transport for tourists! I love the idea of populating the roads but I think it would get busy if every tourist had a car and block couriers so I think instead of every tourist needing their own car, buses could transport groups of tourists around town while taxis could take individual tourists to different areas.

It would also give us more ways to design our towns around public transport!
