Circus Area with Amusement Park rides#423

The circus tent is a bit too small and I would like more circus/amusement park themed items.
For example popcorn and cotton candy machines, roller coaster, carousel, ferris wheel. I also want the clowns to stay in tents near the circus. I also want balloon decorations!
More circus NPCs would be nice too (besides clowns).
