Make the Vice-Mayor able to see the notifications#418

It would be helpful if the Vice-Mayor could see the notifications such as when the train arrives, when the vendors arrive, etc. I know the Mayor can currently see it but the Vice Mayor cannot. Also, Vice Mayor cannot see the tourist tracker. I think that would be helpful for the vice mayor to see as well.

Absolutely agree! I started this game in multiplayer with the idea of managing a town together, and it’s frustrating that player 2 cannot access all apps on the phone or get notifications! I just happen to host because the game forces one of us to host the town, so it was disappointing to find out the game doesn’t treat us equally.
