Add Third-Person View/Mode#381

Adding 3rd Person View for Camera option would be a great addition for player to living and immersed with their town.

*Free camera rotation without holding middle mouse would be great too! (like most of TPS games)

*Or at least let the camera to center with character’s eye level when reach maximum zoom in. (similar to when we customizing our character)

• (*) For clarification: These are not multiple suggestions, I just have to explain or bring some examples since English is not my first language and I’m not sure if I delivered my message clear enough or not. (Sorry ;-;)

I understand if it has something to do with scale/screen space/draw distance/rendering or hard work of engine optimizing etc. but I wouldn’t mind if using fog trick or just small area visible. Take your time!
