More city services#342

More city services you’d see in other games, perhaps with their own funky mechanics:

• Hospitals and clinics take care of sick residents and tourists, the illnesses could be funny ones like Two Point Hospital has
• Fire stations would put out fires (again, to keep with the funky theme, these could be like someone’s hair caught on fire at a hairdresser, an employee lighting their kitchen on fire accidentally, etc.)
• Police stations investigate crimes (also funny ones to keep it family friendly) and maybe fine grots?
• Animal shelter, ADOPT PETS, also animal control will get rid of those pesky birds for you

There’s many more options for public services that could have cool interactions with the city!
