Accessibility option to make sewers / night time lighter#328

I have trouble with my eyes, and spending too long in the sewer gives me an eyestrain migraine. Would you consider adding one to your (already great!) accessibility toggles, to make the sewers less dark?

Going to combine this with a request about night time brightness too

I would also like evening to be less orange tinted, it is really hard to get building colours right if you try to paint them at the wrong time,
