Toggle hide/show goals/maintarget window#301

Local split-screen has a UI problem. Most of the screen is filled by the main goal window which cant be deactivated. I dont need to know my goals 24/7, just if i want to read about them.

Simple solution would be a toggle to hide/show the window on demand.
