New Housing Type - Mansions#298

It would be cool to have an even larger type of housing. I was thinking Mansions that could house 8 townies but also take up a considerable chunk of land, maybe a 3x4 or 4x4 area of land to balance out the ability to hold 8 townies with the amount of space used for the building.
