We need a better Multiplayer experience with a hub and trading so we can help each other out. we also need rare resources so trading have a sence and the game will not get boring anytime soon.

@Zeptius - can you clarify what you mean by a hub and trading? You can give items to other players currently

A hub is a place where random people can meet it is like a lobby. With tradeing i mean that you can give a other player items for his town
