Place items (benches, etc) next to barriers#278

Please change the hitbox; aka the light blue area around barriers, so that I can place a bench or similar object right up against one. I’m currently trying to build a pier similar to the one in L.A., but there always has to be one space left between the barrier and the benches and streetlights, which not only takes up space but also looks unsightly. It would also be cool if there were road tunnels, similar to the one at the train station, but for roads that are two squares wide, since I’m currently building a highway that runs from one end of the map to the other and is supposed to disappear into a tunnel at one end that’s connected to the rock walls. Plus, it would be great if there were not just construction fences, but also equipment like concrete mixers, jackhammers, and all sorts of other stuff you’d find on a construction site.
