Story Mode without Story // Creative Mode with coins / EGO / building#274

The idea is basically to have a third game mode with game conditions similar to the story mode but without the story, and with either a choice of several map layouts to start with or a randomly generated one.

To have the joy of creating an infinite amount of new towns from start without having to go through the story again and without playing with a “creative” mindset. i.e by still having gold and ego costs for buying items and unlocks and requiring materials to craft buildings and so on.
