Store extra vehicles offsite or be able to sell them#24

Would love to store vehicles I have purchased but don’t want in my town, since you have to purchase vehicles for certain townies, but I have no interest in a vehicle graveyard or parking lot in my town. Being able to store/sell them would solve that for me.

Pair it with the feature request to paint or cycle through vehicle colors means it’s easier to get what we want

In 1.0 we have added Parking Garages and a helpful little guy who can sell any vehicles you no longer want/need!
