Since I started playing I instinctively reach for the mouse for movement rather than keys. I feel like in this type of game that would help a lot. My suggestion is to add to the Gameplay settings a Mouse Movement toggle that lets players use the mouse to point and click where they have to go. At the same time, this toggle would disable using the mouse for actions. I mean, I found myself right clicking trying to move and just kept dropping items. The game feels amazing otherwise.
