[ bug ] Farmers holding hose hostage#229

Not sure if bug is the proper way to address this, but the farmers love the hose so much that they prefer to take it with them everywhere. They often will get distracted and move to other facilities with the hose in tow keeping it from being used by the player or any other farmer.
Also, it may help to make farmers who are watering crops cross plots more readily as their attempts to find the most direct route without walking over plots slows the entire process down needlesly. Since they don’t like to release their hostage hose, there’s not much to do other than encage them in the fields or watch them stroll miles to water one plot as the rest go dry.
