Steamlining Moving Things in Build Mode#227

I find it frustrating that I have to leave the categories and go to the first page of build mode to move things. Maybe this is a bug but can’t move things if I do not leave the sub-categories first

You should always be able to enter the move mode without exiting sub categories.

On Mouse, you should be able to click the move mode button at any time, or use the C and V keys to select modes.

On Controller, you should be able to use your LT/RT buttons to change your mode (and then select move mode) at any time.
