Clown in Sewer Was Nowhere to Be Found#226

After collecting his balloons he disappeared. I think he was still there cause I heard him fall when I hit him with my bike (multiple times in the same spot to be sure, LOL). He’s probably there now but I was too lazy to go again to get him.

The Clown only appears during certain times of day.
