No Lock / Free Range Decorating#208

When placing an inside item outside you can freely decorate however you see fit. However standard products are locked within a square. I understand this may be because some of those items have features, such as garbage bins and seating. But it would be nice so we can freely customize how we see fit. Or at least in creative mode have the option of free range. I put a video for an example
