Additional Crews with there own buildings#198

Would love a repair crew that goes around repairing buildings and roads or even broken bridges and fallen down trees. Fire station and crew putting out fires, police chasing bad guys and a small hospital and ambulance crew. A shipping dock for fishermen to go out on their boats.
