Skip Tutorial#147

I would love the ability to skip the tutorial if you already have at least 1 save that has completed it. Or alternatively it could check to see if you have an achievement that can only be achieved after the tutorial for eligibility. That way returning players can get into the game faster, and new players still get the full experiance.
