More trees (firs, weeping willows, etc), more shrubs (in the fun grass colours), maybe things like ferns and stuff. Dead plants to go with the ghost stump/gothic stuff.

I would love aesthetic/non-farm fruiting trees or shrubs for decorating the town ^_^
