Waterfalls#11

If we had the feature to terraform some hills and then once we add the water tile to the edge it would become a waterfall feature (like in Animal Crossing).

This would be a huge help to decorate the town and hide the ugly backside of the shops we now see and also fill the map since it was expanded from the previous update and we have a lot of land to fill.

We could also be restricted from removing the default hills that were already made by the devs so we don’t screw up the game code or something but just create new ones wherever we want on the map.

I’d rather also have the ability to remove the devs hills/cliffs too tbh.
